a charming stay!
central location helpful staff spacious room
The location was amazing. it was so close to everything, including a grocery store, tram 28, and the metro! the staff was friendly and helpful. They always had smiles. our room was clean and spacious and i especially enjoyed the ample space.
the lobby felt a bit unusual. you enter between two shoe stores and then you need to take an elevator to the third floor. i felt it seemed more like a nice hostel than a real hotel and that wasn't fully ok.

the staff provided very friendly service! everyone was approachable and happy to assist. communication was efficient and all my requests received prompt attention. i appreciated the team's dedication.

The room was very clean upon arrival. the decor was modern and well kept. i found the bed comfortable and the climate control functioned efficiently. It offered good temperature regulation.

fresh options modern design helpful staff
the location provided easy access to numerous attractions i visited the design was modern the staff was helpful when i needed information the breakfast buffet included many fresh options i liked the eggs cooked to order they offered plenty of choices each morning the staff made an effort to connect with all guests
the elevators were small sometimes two people with luggage barely fit

breakfast choice awesome breakfast cramped room cockroach presence
the breakfast was fantastic with SO much choice. a quirky hotel and centrally placed in baixa area, flat which is a bonus.
the attic room on the top floor under the roof felt far from cozy-cramped and stuffy, NOT the cute vibe expected. cockroaches kept showing up in the shower cabin, totally unacceptable at that price point when competitors offer far superior service and cleanliness for the same cost.

central location quick access clean room
I appreciated the hotel's location, very close to many tourist attractions. The metro station was a short walk, providing quick access to the airport. Breakfast offered many choices with a variety of food and drinks. The room was clean and quite spacious.
